Delicately perfumed, reflecting ripe stone fruit and spice flavours on the nose. The palate is mouth-filling and rich with hints of pear and lychee. A fresh acidity is balanced by underlying fruit flavours.

The longevity of the native inhabitants of our brook reminds us of the characteristics of our chardonnay, sleek smooth, and able to last the distance. Hand-picked grapes ripened to perfection in the Northland sun result in this wonderfully creamy chardonnay with caramel overtones.
