Tipsy Tui Rosè
2024 , this year we have used a Hawkes Bay Rosè which has a very pretty coppery fue that suggests elegant fruit with a nice bouquet of fresh strawberries and cream with hints of vanilla bean and frangipani, with fresh raspberries to produce a fresh lingering finish.
Rays Syrah
Rays Syrah...Syrah, whatever will be...This is our first Syrah. It has been matured 15months in neutral oak. It has a vibrant ruby red colour with purple undertons and shows aromas of cherry, with hints of vanilla and rose petals.
FeeBee Savvy
2022 Malbourgh Sauvignon Blanc, has an abundant bouquet with those typical green grassy characteristics of fresh-cut grass, and tropical tones like passionfruit and grapefruit.
Our TuiTui Gin
Brookelane London Dry
Like any good London Dry, we have heroed the juniper, corriander, liquorice, cassia, angelica and local citrus with a Brookelane twist.
TuiTui Syrah Gin
This is where our journey began with the idea that, as we had Syrah (or Shiraz) we could make gin. Of course the journey is harder than we thought but exciting to be able to produce a gin and hero our amazing Syrah with a hint of pink peppercorns and dried gingers.
TuiTui Black
As Ray (and most Kiwi's) are such big All Black Fans, what better gin to make but a black gin, with extra liquorice and grated nutmeg, orris root and of course with a strong juniper flavour and coloured with butterfly pea flowers.
TuiTui Green
This started as a fun idea for a Christmas Cocktail. With a strawberry frozen in a large icecube, a sprig of mint and cinnamon quill it totally did the trick. But then it needed its own personality. So it now has been revamped with local wild mint, Kawakawa buds and dried ginger, it now can shine all on its own. Of course still is amazing in a cocktail.
Raison D'etre (A reason for being)
Our beautiful new pink gin. A reason for being! We put our beautiful TuiTui Rosé in the pot with a large handful of oversized raisins and then let this infuse through the magical botanicals of our pink gin. Juniper, cardomon, orange peel, ginger, pink peppercorns to name a few.
